Mix flour, salt, bakingpowder sugar and nutmeg in a bowl, mix thoroughly, add butter and mix well then add the beaten egg and mix together

Add a little water continue mixing until you get a sticky dough not watery, sprinkle some flour on flat surface place the dough knead the dough and add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Now cut out a bit and roll out with a rolling pin, place a boiled egg on the flat dough and rap the egg with dough, set a side for 5 minutes,
Heat up the oil on a medium heat, fry the egg roll until lightly brown
