Dry roast suji on low flame till the colo become golden

Now take a pan add 1cup sugar and 3 cup, 2 cardaman, boil it about 5 min.

Now add ghee in kadai on low flame add dry fruits like almond, cashew, rasin (fry rasin later)

Now in this ghee add roasted suji, fry this suji in ghee till colo become golden brown

Now pour sugar syrup that we made, mix it properly

Cook it 5-10 min till all suji absorb water and become dry add fried nuts mix

Serve hot.
