Clean and cut Cauliflower into medium shape

Soak Cauliflower in a boil water for 10 minute then drain water properly

Marinate the cauliflower with all spices add salt sugar

Add three tbsp ghee mix well and cover for two hours

Heat kadhai add one tbsp ghee wait till melt add cumin seed let them platter

Now low the flame add marinated Cauliflower mix and cover cooked till done

Place a small bowl into a gravy add burn add burn into a bowl add ghee and cover for 5 to 10 minute so smoke flavour absorb by cauliflower

Now remove the charcoal bowl

Check the seasoning charcoal Cauliflower is ready

Serve with rice, paratha and roti
