Potatoes peel and boil in cooker with salt haldi give 1 whistle and open cooker immediately after cooling in running water.

Dry roast masala then put in mixer jar and add Amchurpowder, 2gren chilli, coriander leaves,ginger, garlic, haldi,salt, Sugar,malai ya cream grind to thick paste.

Marinate potatoes in masala for minimums 15 -20 minutes. Remove potatoes and curd, brisita to remaining masala and as directed.

Take a pan high flame add ghee jeera all dry roast masala cook 5 minutes now add the marinate potatoes water salt all spices cook for 10minutes.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.ready to serve hot hot.
