One of the meal that never misses in a festival is chapati since it needs adequate preparation. So for a couple celebrating an anniversary I was invited to cook and celebrate with them.

One of the meal that never misses in a festival is chapati since it needs adequate preparation. So for a couple celebrating an anniversary I was invited to cook and celebrate with them.
Steps

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except water and oil.

Add water little by little until you achieve a smooth dough.

Let rest for 10 mins then form small balls.

Roll out the balls and apply oil, then cut on the side. fold in the tips.

Then fold from the centre outwards.

Form till you obtain sharp topped balls

Roll out your chapatis

Then place on a hot frying pan, turn it & apply oil then heat it and do vice versa for the other side.

Place on a bowl once it browns on both sides

Fold them and hold with 2 tooth piks then cut once

Enjoy with your favourite stew.
