Cut the all veggies sliced.p aneer also cut long pieces.

Heat a pan add oil.Add drygarammasala,crackle for a mints.

Add gingerpaste&all dry masala with little water.cooked nicely.

Add tomayo puree,cooked nicely.

Add all veggies&1/2cup water and salt cover it.

Addcashew paste& slices paneer mix ir well &cover it 5 mints.

Now ready the veg kalhapuri,Garnish with corrienderleaves serve it with rice or chopati.
