Take a bowl.

Put spourt Moong Dal

Add ajwain, saunf, salt, amchur powder, red chilli paste.

Add some water and make thick batter for topping

Take a bowl. Put maida on it.

Add salt, ajwain, oil in it. Mix it well.

Add some water and make a soft smooth dough. Keep aside for 5min.

Take a small ball from the dough and make 1inch roti.

Spread the thick Moong Dal batter on it.

Put a pan on flame and put oil on it.

When oil become warm put that roti in the pan and deep fry while roti become golden brown.

Kathalamma is ready. Serve it with curd.
