1 kgPork chops
Oil for shallow frying
2 tbsBlack pepper
1 tbsPaprika
1 1/2Coriander powder
1 tbsSalt

Preheat oven at 240c

Cut excess oil from the pork.wash it and dry it with paper towels.

Apply oil on the pork,mix the rest of ingredients (be generous with the spices)in a bowl and coat on the pork
4

Put in a plastic bag and leave for about 1hr
5

Grill the pork for at least 5min on each side
6

Put them in a pan and cover.smoke them for 20mins
