Ingredients

  1. 5green chillis or more according to your taste
  2. 2Large ripe tomatoes
  3. 1red onion
  4. 1medium sized carrot finely chopped
  5. 2garlic cloves
  6. Small piece of ginger
  7. 1 table spoontomato paste
  8. 6 table spooncooking oil
  9. Salt
  10. 1lemon (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend the first 6 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil and pour in your blended ingredients. Cover the pot and let it cook for around 5 mins or so.

  3. 3

    Stir the mixture, reduce the heat and leave your pilipili cooking until all the water evaporates ot it reduces into half and the oil is on top of the mixture😁.

  4. 4

    Add in your last two ingredients and stir let it cook for 5 mins or less.. taste and adjust the seasoning. Let it cool and enjoy.
