  • 1 cupkala chana/black chickpea boiled
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1large tomato finely chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tbspamchur powder
  • 1 tbsplemon juice as required
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves

    In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.

    Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves and serve warm or cold.
