Now you get get a manageable dough, make bog size balls out of this dough roll it this dough about 5-6 diameter, and more then 1/2inch in thickness, cut into small small square pieces with the help of pizza cutter or knife

In kadai heat the oil on medium flame when oil become sufficient hot add the shakarpara in small small batches

Fry them it becomes golden brown in colo.

Cool it and keep it in air tight container.
