Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupghee
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 2 cupmaida
  5. Salt
  6. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolved the sugar in warm milk, now add ghee mix well, now add maida in small small batches, you will get a very smooth dough Now keep this dough for resting about 1-2 hr

  2. 2

    Now you get get a manageable dough, make bog size balls out of this dough roll it this dough about 5-6 diameter, and more then 1/2inch in thickness, cut into small small square pieces with the help of pizza cutter or knife

  3. 3

    In kadai heat the oil on medium flame when oil become sufficient hot add the shakarpara in small small batches

  4. 4

    Fry them it becomes golden brown in colo.

  5. 5

    Cool it and keep it in air tight container.
