Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupghee/dalda
  • 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • Pinchbaking powder
  • 1/2 tsppainapple essence
  • 1/4 cuptutti fruti

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add ghee, sugar powder beat it well 5-7min.

  2. 2

    Add maida, baking powder, tutti fruti mix it well

  3. 3

    Ready a dought

  4. 4

    Dought cover with cling rap or butter paper, or any contaner freez 15-20min.

  5. 5

    Cut the cookie🍪 and bake 180 degree 25-30min or without oven preheat your cooker or kadahi bake the cookies 30min.

  6. 6

    Cool down cookies with cooling rack, ready to serve.
