ISbse phele cooker m toor dal and vegetable daal kr boli krne raakh de. Ek pan m 1tsp oil daal kr usme sarson, kadhi patta, 2 lala mirch, haldi, mirch, dhiyna (spices) aur tomato daal kr 5 min tk pakne de. Daal aur vegetables boil hone ke baad imli ka ras, tomato paste wo daal de. Apne sawad anusar namak aur sambar masala daal le.

Idli banane ke liye, idli maker pr thoda oil laga le. Phir uss me better daal kr 6-7 min tk pakka le.

Chutney banane ke liye, laddukas liya hua coconut mixer m grind kr le aur saath hi peanut bhi kr le. Taste ke anusaar namak daal le. Ek pan m 1tsp sarson daal le aur usse chutney m daal le.
