  1. 1/4 kgchicken
  2. 100 gmscooking oil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1tspn chicken masala
  5. 1tspn vinegar

  1. 1

    Chop the chicken,season with salt,vinegar,chicken masala and salt.Let it rest for 20 minutes

    Deep fry it in cooking oil till both sides are brown

  3. 3

    Serve when hot with veggies and ugali
