Spicy spinach parrotta

Finely chopped the spinach and wash it properly. And drain the water.

In a pan put oil then asafoetida and carom seed, then saute green chilli.

Now add all dry spices

Then add spinach. Cover it for 2 minute and let it cook.

Now remove the lid and stir the mix and cook it till get dry and fit for stuff in the dough. Cool down the stuffing completely.

Now in a bowl, put whole wheat flour and salt then knead a soft dough with the help of water. Let the dough rest for 15 minute.

Now knead the dough for5 more minute.

Now take a ball out of this dough. And roll it round. Then stuff 1 tbsp of stiffing and seal all sides properly.

Now roll it again into a thin disc.

Cook it like a parrotta with greasing of oil from both side.
