Steps

Take a bowl and add suji,besan,rice flour,1/2 teaspoon sugar,salt to taste, turmeric powder,curd,refined oil and mix these with a spoon

Then add soda water to these dry ingredients and mix it well.

Then pour this batter to a greased dhokla pan.

Now put this pan into preheated steamer for 15 mins.

Now take lemon and sugar in glass and add water to it to make a sugar syrup.

Take a frying pan and add refined oil and heat it,then add mustard seeds in it and green chilli and heat it till mustard seeds started crackling.

Now take out the dhokla from the pan and add the sugar and lemon syrup to it to make it spongy and add mustard seeds and chilli tadka.

Now your spongy dhokla is ready.
