Steps

Wash the Methi leaves and Potatoes and keep it aside

Take a cooking pan and put it on flame. Add 2-3 spoons of Mustard Oil and allow it to heat

Add Cumin Seeds in hot oil and wait until it starts crackling. Add green chillies and garlic one by one and stir for few secs

Add Onion and stir till it turns light brown. Once they look brownish add the Tomatoes and stir for another 3-5 mins

Now add the chopped Potatoes and mix it well... Put the pan lid for 5 mins to let it steam cooked

Add the Fenugreek leaves now... Add Salt to taste... Mix it well... Leave it on low flame till it's cooked and dry... Keep on stirring at some intervals to save it from sticking to the pan bottom

A DELICIOUS Aloo -Methi with pure Indian taste is ready now... Sprinkle few fresh Coriander leaves and serve it hot...
