Take refined flour and wheat flour together. Add salt and1 tsp oil to it. Mix well. Adding warm water make soft dough. Keep aside for15 minutes.

Add 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add hing.

After15 seconds add vegetables except coriander leaves.Add salt.

Saute for10 minutes in low and medium flame. Use lid and stir occasionally. Add masala powders and saute for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and put off the flame. Let it cool.

Take a portion of dough. Roll Stuff with vegetables. Give shape of paratha.

Roast in a tawa. Add butter on both sides and fry.
