1/2 bunchfresh parsley
1/2 bunchfresh cilantro
1 bunchcelery
4onions
1 tablespoonsage
1 tablespooncoriander seeds
6carrots
1 tablespoonfennel seed
2 tablespoonscrushed bay leaves
1 tspmarjoram
8 clovesgarlic
33 in chunks fresh ginger

Chunk everything up to fit in the big stockpot

Dump everything in the stockpot
3

Bring to a boil
4

Cook on low for 8 hours
5

Strain it through cheesecloth into bowls and store in freezer or fridge
