  • 1.Onion
  • 1Titus fish
  • 1derica Rice
  • Seasoned salt
  • 3 cubesRoyco
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • 5Fresh pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the titus fish with thyme,salt,onion and royco seasoning.

  2. 2

    Parboil rice and place back on the heat.blend onion,crayfish,red pepper,ginger,Vegetable oil,and pour in.after 10minutes put in royco seasoning,salt,fish stock and stir with a spartula allow to boil till is ready.
