Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppaneer cubes
  2. 2big onion roughly chopped
  3. 8-9garlic cloves
  4. 1 inchstick ginger
  5. 7-8medium sized tomatoes blanched & pureed
  6. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric
  9. 2 tbspghee
  10. 1 tspjeera
  11. 1small stick cinnamon
  12. For soaking
  13. 2 tbspcashew nuts
  14. 1 tbspKashmiri red chilli powder
  15. 1 pinchkasuri methi
  16. 1/4th cup warm water
  17. Cream for garnish
  18. Coriander for garnish

Steps

    In a bowl soak cashew nuts, red chilli powder, kasuri methi in warm water & let it rest for 30min.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in a pan heat ghee, add jeera, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves, ginger & onion cook till onion becomes a little soft.

  3. 3

    Once the onion mix become es little cold blend it into a smooth paste, also blend the cashew mix into a smooth paste.

  4. 4

    In a pan take the onion puree, cashew paste mix well cook for 2min, then add tomato puree & mix well.

  5. 5

    Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kitchen king masala, salt & mix well. Cook for another 10min, then add paneer cubes, mix well cook for 5min more.

  6. 6

    Lastly switch off the gas, add coriander, garnish with cream & serve with chapati.
