Ingredients

  1. 750 gmsbig brinjal
  2. 7-8dry garlic cloves
  3. 1 tsp grated ginger
  4. 1tsp chopped green chillies
  5. to taste salt
  6. 1/2 cupchopped spring onion
  7. 1/2 cupgreen garlic
  8. 2 tspsesame oil
  9. 1-2 tbspcurd
  10. 1/4 cuptomato chopped
  11. 1 tbsp coriander chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a brinjal wash and spread oil make cuts and attached garlic cloves. roast on high flame flame. Now put oil in a pan and saute green chillies, chopped grated ginger and dry chopped garlic and add in a mashed brinjal. Add salt chopped green garlic, spring onion, coriander, tomato and add curd.Mix well.

    Garnish with chopped Tomato, green garlic chopped. and spring onion, chopped roasted garlic cloves and serve.
