Take a brinjal wash and spread oil make cuts and attached garlic cloves. roast on high flame flame. Now put oil in a pan and saute green chillies, chopped grated ginger and dry chopped garlic and add in a mashed brinjal. Add salt chopped green garlic, spring onion, coriander, tomato and add curd.Mix well.

Garnish with chopped Tomato, green garlic chopped. and spring onion, chopped roasted garlic cloves and serve.
