Ingredients

  1. 2Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1/4 cupBoiled sweet corn
  3. 1Chopped onion
  4. 1Shredded carrot
  5. 1/2Chopped bell pepper
  6. Shredded lettuce
  7. 1/4 of a piececabbage
  8. 3-4tbspGram flour
  9. 1 tbspSalt to taste
  10. 1/2 tspRed pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tspOregano
  12. 1/2 tspChat masala
  13. 1/4 tspRoasted cumin powder
  14. Fortune oil fo' frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the shredded,chopped, boiled veggies in a bowl..add spices along with salt mention above..add gram flour and give a good mix to combine everything well incorporate and make a dough like consistency (keep in mind u have and't to add water in this mixture)

  2. 2

    Make small balls out of dough then flatten it to give the shape of a round dumpling (tikki)

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a deep nonstick frying pan and fry all the tikkies on medium to high flame till golden brown in colour(don't slow down the flame other wise tikkies will drink oil)

  4. 4

    Take out of oil and spread on a kitchen towel napkin to absorb excess oil

  5. 5

    Yo'r vegetable roundles(tikkies) r ready

  6. 6

    Transfer in a serving plate..sprinkle "a big pinch" of chat masala

  7. 7

    Serve hot-hot with tamarind and date chuttney

  8. 8

    It's yumm
