Steps

Take a bowl add rice then rice washed and soaked in half an hour.

After half an hour take a pressure cooker add oil then oil heat add asfotida and cumin seeds crackle then add garlic and onion saute add all masala,tomato puree,all veggies and soaked rice saute few minutes.

Then add water mix and take a 1 whistle then gas off.

After pressure released serve veg biryani.
