Steps

In a bowl take flour semolina ghee carrom seeds and salt and mix well.

Knead dough with water. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Now take dough and make small balls with it. Take a ball and roll it to thin chapati.

Roll other dough ball also in same way.

Meanwhile in a bowl take rice flour add ghee and make a thick paste.

Now take 1 circular disk and apply rice flour mix all over.

Now roll this in a cylindrical shape.

Cut this horizontal and make small pieces.

Roll these pieces into small disk by using roller pin.

Now in a kadhai take oil when oil is getting hot fry these mathri until golden brown.

Layered Mathri is ready to serve.
