1/2 kgcarrot
250 gmethi leaves
4potatoes
2chopped onion
2chopped tomato
2chopped green chillies, chopped Ginger and garlic
1 tbspturmeric powder
to tasteRed chilli powder
to tasteSalt
as neededDry coriander powder
1 tspKitchen king
as neededOil

Heat oil in a kadhai.add chopped onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic,ginger.saute it 2-3 minutes

Now add all spices

Add potatoes, carrot and methi leaves and cook it 10 minutes in low flame..

Now serve it with chapati.
