For stuffing: heat the oil in pan, add cumin seeds

Add garlic and chilli- ginger.add spinach,paneer and all masala.

Cook till mixer become dry.keep it side for cooling.

For dough : in one bowl add wheat flour,salt,oil and mix it well,add water as required and make a soft dough.

Cover dough with wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.

For paratha : divide the prepared dough into small equal size balls.

Take a one ball and roll with a rolling pin, make a small roti.

Place a one tbsp stuffing in a centre.cover from all the side.dust some flour and roll it again in to make a paratha.

Make sure the stuffing should not come out.

Heat the tawa drizzle some drops of oil,place the paratha on tawa.

Roast it from both side by greasing with oil or ghee.

Serve with curd or tomato sauce.
