In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes add chopped veggies, corn flour and spices in it. Mix well. And make walnut sized portions with it.

Cut cheese in approx half inch cubes and coat them with the above prepared portions without leaving cheese open from any side and make round balls.

In a small bowl prepare a thick solution with maida and water. And in another bowl put bread crumbs, now coat each ball with maida properly and then second coat it with the bread crumbs.

Make sure bread crumbs sticks to the balls properly.

Now heat oil in a wok for deep frying. Put the balls carefully in the heated oil and fry on medium flame until the ball turns golden.

Mix all the ingredients of mint dip and serve with the hot cheese balls.
