  • 10 gmGreen peas boiled
  • 1/2 cupSpinich boiled
  • 2Potatoes boiled
  • 1 tspGreen chillies paste
  • as neededYellow chilli
  • 1 tspGinger/ garlic crushed
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves
  • 2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspSalt white
  • 1 pinchblack salt
  • 1 tspkebab masala homemade
  • 1 tspChaat masala
  • 2 tspCrushed & roasted Almond & Casio
  • 1 tspMilk powder
  • 4 tspGhee

Steps

20 miniute
  1. 1

    In a pan put 1 tsp butter add cumin seeds cracle it.

  2. 2

    Add spinich peas,Fry it in high flame 2 miniutes.

  3. 3

    Crush the peas,& mash the spinich.

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes mix it very well.

  5. 5

    Remove it on the flame.

  6. 6

    Add all spices together.mix it very well.make a dough from this mixture.

  7. 7

    Keep it a side for rest.

  8. 8

    Make kebab from this dough.make round shape or make in skewers.

  9. 9

    Roast it in a pan in slow flame.

  10. 10

    Serve it hot with green chuteny.

  11. 11

    This KEBAB is very unique & tasty.
