Steps

Peel fresh tuvar and separate seeds(lilva) from them.

Crush tuvar seeds in chilli cutter.

In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds.

When crackles add crushed green chillies and crushed tuvar seeds.

Add salt, sodabicarb and mix well. Sprinkle little water, cover with lid and allow it to cook on low flame.

Stir occasionally.

After well cooked add garam masala powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.

Add chopped fresh coriander leaves and mix well.

Stuffing is ready. Allow it to cool down at room temperature.

Then make small balls from it.

Knead dough of all purpose flour, salt oil and enough water. Rest for 15 minutes.

Make small balls from it and flatten them.

Roll out puri, put stuffing ball in the centre.

Start pleating the puri and seal it. Remove extra dough from the top.

Make all kachoris like this.

Deep fry in hot oil and enjoy with green chutney and date tamarind chutney.
