Ingredients

  • 20goodday biscuits
  • 75 gramsButter
  • 500 gramscream cheese
  • 100 mlcondensed milk
  • 1 tbspgelatine powder
  • 3 tbspmilk
  • 1/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupfresh cream
  • 1 tbspRose water
  • 15-17 piecessmall gulab jamuns

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a biscuit base of butter and coarsely ground Biscuits. Layer a 6-8 inch springform baking dish

  2. 2

    Refrigerate this bottom layer for 1 hour

  3. 3

    Mix the cream cheese and the condensed milk with a spatula till you get a smooth mix

  4. 4

    In a separate cup add the milk, warm it in s microwave for 10 secs and add the gelatine to it and allow it to froth

  5. 5

    Add the gelatine, cream and powdered sugar to the crram cheese mix and mix with a hand mixer or stand mixer. Add the rose water and mix.

  6. 6

    Take the springform dish out of the refrigerator and pour half of the mix into the dish

  7. 7

    Now gently layer the cream cheese mix with thickly sliced gulab jamuns making sure that there is enough to cover the cream cheese layer

  8. 8

    Pour the remaining mix as the top layer.

  9. 9

    Lastly garnish with halved gulabjamuns in any design you like. Sprinkle rose petals. Chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours
