Steps

80% boil the florets of cauliflower with turmeric & salted water.

Now marinate the florats with garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder roasted cumin powder & roasted coriander powder.

Now heat a pan & add butter. Then add finely chopped onion & curry leaves. Saute well until it become golden brown.

Now add marinated cauliflower florats. Roast them until it become nice golden colour.
