Ingredients

  1. Boiled peas
  2. Paneer
  3. Walnuts
  4. Coconut
  5. Green chilli
  6. Salt
  7. Raisins
  8. Dhuli Hui Urad Dal
  9. Bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Boiled the peas and put it in a mixer, in a way that it doesn't becomes paste completely

  2. 2

    Add desiccates coconut (ghisa hua), chopped walnuts, paneer, raisins and green chilli into the peas after taking it out from the mixer and mash it

  3. 3

    Now take Urad daal (this has to be put into water one day before).

  4. 4

    Grind the Urad Dal, add salt and mix it nicely

  5. 5

    Take two breads, and fill the mixture prepared before into it

  6. 6

    Take a circular utensil and give the bread a circular shape.

  7. 7

    Take the circular slice and mix it into urad Dal mixture, carefully

  8. 8

    Add the slice of bread into a heating pan and deep fry it till it becomes golden brown

  9. 9

    Take out the slices and eat the awesome snack with green chutney and ketchup

  10. 10
