  • 1/4tspsalt
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tbstomatoe paste
  • 1 teaspoontumeric

    Fry onions to golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and stir to paste

  3. 3

    Put salt and tomatoe paste

  4. 4

    Beat the eggs and add in the mixture

  5. 5

    Add tumeric and mix until dry

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali vegetables
