Yam balls stuffed with ice fish

Cut the yam into pieces,wash and put it to the pot and boil till soft

Wash the ice fish and put it into a separate pot add thyme,garlic and a little salt..then cook it till soft then mash it in a ball

Cut the onions and pepper into small pieces..in a pan heat a little oil add the onions and pepper and stir fry it

In a bowl mash the yam add the mixture in step 3 above add maggi cubes,salt and curry to taste then mix it together

Rub flour onto your palms add the yam mixture and flatten it add the mashed fish into the middle of the mixture and roll it into ball shape.repeat the process until the mixture is exhausted

Heat oil in a frying pan,in a separate bowl whisk some eggs deep the yam balls into the eggs and fry until golden brown..It can be serve with tea or juice
