Steps

Take a bowl and make a batter of besan with lukewarm water and add rice flour.mix it well.

Add salt, haldi, kasuri Meethi,chopped green chillies, Ajwain and baking soda.mix it with spoon.

Heat up oil in kadhai.Dip the slices of onion and potatoes in batter of besan.

One by one put dipped slices in kadhai and fry it well until it get golden brown in colour.

Keep the pakode in a plate and sprinkle chat masala on them.

Now serve with Tomato ketchup and Green chutney.
