Grate potatoes. Wash them untill starch is removed. Boil them and salt.

Wash it with cold water. When cooled, in small shots shallow fry them. When it's golden brown take it out.

Place them in the leaf bowls. Pour sweetened curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala, black pepper powder,jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt. Garnish with juvenile carrots, juvenile beetrootand sev Puri.
