  3. 1 tbsgaram masala
  4. As neededKotmir
  5. 1Brown (fried)onion paste

  7. For Gravy
  8. 5Blanch tomatoes
  9. 2 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 2onion
  11. As neededWhole garam masala
  12. 1 tspDhania jeera powder
  13. As neededGhee/ butter
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. to TasteRed chilli powder
  16. 1onion sliced
  17. 1 tspTurmeric powder

  1. 1

    Wash and dry kheema add ginger garlic paste, fried onion and garam masala,salt, kotmir knead well make balls and shallow fry.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee and add whole garam masala (elachi, dalchini, long,shahi zeera).add onions cook then add ginger garlic paste,remove skin from blanched tomatoes and make a paste.add it to onions add haldi and salt,cook till oil is visible now add koftas.(kasuri methi and cream is optional if u want rich gravy).
