Wash and dry kheema add ginger garlic paste, fried onion and garam masala,salt, kotmir knead well make balls and shallow fry.

Heat ghee and add whole garam masala (elachi, dalchini, long,shahi zeera).add onions cook then add ginger garlic paste,remove skin from blanched tomatoes and make a paste.add it to onions add haldi and salt,cook till oil is visible now add koftas.(kasuri methi and cream is optional if u want rich gravy).
