Put half glass water in curd and mix it well put 1/2 besan,salt, turmeric powder and soth and keep it aside

Take 2-3 onions in slices and add half cup besan, Salt, Red chilli powder, 1/2 spoon garam masala and 1/2 spoon turmeric powder and add water accordingly and your batter for pakodi will be ready

Take the batter and fry it in a kadhai to make pakodas

In Kadhai add some oil and add methi Dana, Hing, Kadhi leave, Red chillies and onions slices till light brown

Add besan curd keep high flame until it start to boil than let it cook for 30 minutes on lowflame while keep stirring it in bits. Now add pakoda, garam masala and ginger powder(Soth) and cook it for 5 minutes

Pour it in serving bowl and add some coriander leaves and add ghee and red chilli powder syrup fried together.
