    Wash ur chicken and put into a pot add half of ur onion,ginger and chopped garlic allow to cook for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Then add ur pepper, seasonings and the rest of the onions allow to cook for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Serve with chilled water
