Preheat oven to 375 Degrees

In a large skillet on medium heat brown meat - no pink - add onion mixture, seasoning, blend well, Drain oil.

In a small pot over medium heat add corn, 1-1/2 Stick of butter, and seasoning, stir often.

In a large pot cook potatoes in water, Potatoes are done when you can stick a fork through them, Drain add milk, butter, mash potatoes, add cream cheese and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese mix well.

In a small skillet add roux and broth over medium heat, cook to thicken = gravy = mix with meat.

In a Casserole dish pour in the meat and the gravy, spread out, add corn over the top with the potatoes, sprinkle cheese on the top.
