Steps

In large pot on medium heat cook italian sausage. Add seasoning to taste. When meat is all brown drain oil. Return to stove.

Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce, blend well. Bring to simmer.

Stirring in pasta and 2 cups of water. Sir and let come to a boil. Once boils cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook untill pasta in done, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat

Still in mozzarella and parmesan. Blend well. Add dollops of ricotta cheese on top, let melt, add parsley on top and serve
