Steps

Take mutton in a bowl and wash it. Add curd, Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, lemon juice and salt. Mix them well and keep it 30-40 minutes for marination.

Cut 100 gm onion in slices and prepare paste of rest onion.

Pur 7-8 tbs oil in a pressure cooker and heat it. Add tej patta, cumin, Red chilli, chhoti & bari elaichi. After 1 minute add onion & marinated mutton. saute for 10 minutes. After that add onion paste, tomato puree and all masala.

Saute for approx 30 Minutes. Now it will be dried. Add water for gravy. Close the cover of the cooker. Flame of gas will be medium. After 4 wistle switched off gas and leave it for 10 minutes.

Mutton Masala Gravy is ready. Take it out in a bowl, garnish with green coriander and serve.
