In a nonstick frypan add the oil or ghee.

Add the onion and chillies.cook till onions are soft.add all the dry spices and cook for a minute.then add the tomato.cook for 5 minutes on low to medium heat.

When you can see the oil separate from the mixture add the eggs.mix it as you like it.i like it mixed well.cook for 1 minute on high heat till the eggs cook.

Serve hot with tost or roti or paratha.
