Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2large arrow root pieces
  2. Warm water
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1tspn tumeric
  5. 1tspn garam masala
  6. 1tspn paprika
  7. 1 tbspnvinegar
  8. 2tbspns cooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the arrow roots, chop them into sizeable pieces and boil them with salt then set aside

  2. 2

    Put them in a bowl containing spices (garam masala, turmeric, paprika)season them for about 15minutes

  3. 3

    On a pan with medium low heat, put them then shallow fry until they are evenly cooked
