1and half tablespoon Yeast
Halfcup Sugar
PinchNutmeg (optional)
PinchSalt (optional)

Mix all dry ingredients in a clean bowl and mix with warm water to make a paste-dough like mixture. Allow to raise for 30mins and drop into oil to fry on medium heat until golden brown.
