Badhakopi ghonto (cabbage and Potatoes curry)

Heat oil and temper cumin seeds, bay leaf and whole garam masalas.

Add Potatoes and saute well till it is golden brown

Add chopped cabbage and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

Now add ginger paste and tomato saute well

Add red chilli Powder and coconut stir fry well adding sugar and coriander leaves chopped
- 6
Add ghee and serve with plain rice or chapati
