Steps

Take potatoes peel and cut in diced and dip in water.

Take a wok add oil when oil heats add garlic saute a little then add onions and ginger saute till golden add tomato puree and all dry masala mix.

Then add potatoes and peas mix well and saute for 2 minutes then add water and cook.

After cooking garnish with kasuri methi and serve.
