Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add Chopped ginger and garlic.

Fry for a minute on a medium flame.

Add chopped onion to the cooker.

When onion turn light pink,add chopped tomatoes.

Mix well.

Cook for few minutes.

Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala.

Mix salt well.

Add chopped tinde in the cooker.

Stir.

Pour water for gravy as desired by you.

Cover the cooker with it's lid.

Keep on high till first whistle.

After first whistle,lower the flame.

Cook till 3-4 whistle and serve.
