अमरुद को काट के बीज निकाल कर उसके छोटे छोटे टुकड़े मेँ काटेंगे !

कढ़ाई मेँ तेल दाल के गरम करें उसमे मेथी, जीरा दाल दे, अब हींग डाले और हल्दी दाल के अमरुद को डालकर मिला लेंगे !

अब अमरुद मेँ बाकि सब मसाले मिला के अच्छे से चला लेंगे नमक भी मिला दे !

अब इसमें पानी दाल के ढक कर पकने दे, थोड़ा पकजाये तब गुड़ को भी बारीक़ करके मिला लेंगे !

गुड़ मिलाने के बाद और पकड़ दे जितना रसा पतला गाड़ा करना हो वैसे पका ले !हरी धनिया दाल दे !🙏🙏🙏

अमरुद पके होने चाहिए और मुलायम नहीं हो !
